IAM Product Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Fully remote; Barcelona or London is ideal, with remote work accommodated in locations with similar time zones.

What you will do

• Design and build robust, scalable, and high-performing IAM and platform front-end systems.
• Improve the security, reliability, and usability of identity and access management experiences.
• Optimize authentication, subscription management, and other internal platform services.
• Operationalize administrator procedures to support users and internal teams.
• Collaborate across external teams and dependencies while taking ownership of delivery.
• Apply AI-native development practices, including automated testing, PR reviews, log analysis, and CI/CD validation.

Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of API design, API consumption, and client-side logic.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests, using NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and working with Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms, deployment processes, and OAuth-like flows.
• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, best practices, and problem-solving.
• Experience with structured prompt engineering, context and token management, specialized AI agents, and AI integration throughout the development lifecycle.

• Experience integrating LLM providers.
