Location: Austin, Texas, with consideration for candidates near other hirify.global offices; willingness to travel to customer sites, averaging 25%, is required.

Salary: USD $133,806.40–$174,866.00 per year, plus potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead the OMS workstream on ADMS implementation projects in collaboration with technical leads, project managers, and other workstream leads.
  • Lead engineers delivering OMS configurations across SOM, crew management, ETRs, field mobility, and related modules.
  • Run OMS workshops with customers, vendors, and third parties, and contribute to requirements and project planning.
  • Support operational-needs analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and cutover activities.
  • Design OMS, SOM, and field mobility documentation and support third-party system integrations.
  • Conduct system and acceptance testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solutions meet contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of direct experience working with OMS systems and associated modules.
  • Experience with products from at least one major ADMS/OMS vendor, including GE, AspenTech/OSI, ABB, Schneider Electric, or Oracle NMS.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end OMS processes, including outage management, dispatching, switching, field mobility, and integrations.
  • Understanding of ADMS platforms, Distribution Control Center operations, and collaboration with operators and dispatchers.
  • Strong OT systems background with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve cross-domain issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
