Land/ROW Manager - Title

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; projects are conducted across the US, with travel to project sites expected up to 75% of the time. Most activities are performed at field locations and in an office setting.

Salary: USD $97,510.40–$120,000 per year, plus potential participation in an annual discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Manage title teams and a portfolio of land projects across multistate and linear infrastructure programs.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, resource estimates, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Oversee land, survey, title, acquisition, document, permitting, and construction-support activities.
• Assess project risks, identify title and scope issues, and implement corrective and curative actions.
• Coordinate progress reporting and issue resolution with client representatives, project managers, legal teams, and field services leadership.
• Assign, train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate project land personnel, including onsite and remote teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience, including at least 3–5 years in a management role.
• Experience managing title on a linear project, including required mineral/sub-surface and surface title experience.
• Knowledge of legal descriptions, metes and bounds, section-township-range descriptions, easements, conveyance documents, and state-specific marketable title requirements.
• Experience reviewing title for condemnation, identifying title deficiencies, and working with legal teams on curative needs.
• Intermediate or better proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Land Management systems, and online deed and index search platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with major multistate or multi-segment projects.
• Experience responding to RFPs and writing title-work proposals.
• Experience with GEOAmps, Flairdoc, CLSLiNK, Integra Link, or similar systems.
