Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine)

Location: Onsite at the City of Kissimmee clinic, 100 North Alaska Ave, Kissimmee, Florida, United States

What you will do

• Provide primary care, episodic low-acuity urgent care, and extended acute care in an onsite outpatient clinic.
• Manage preventive care and chronic conditions through patient education and collaboration with external primary care providers.
• Provide acute care and sports physicals for pediatric patients ages 2–17.
• Conduct occupational health screenings and support biometric screenings and wellness initiatives.
• Perform and oversee CLIA-waived testing, medication dispensing, and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and multidisciplinary clinical teams, including NPs, PAs, MAs, RNs/LPNs, and other providers.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree and Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license required.
• Active BLS/CPR, DEA, and Florida Dispensing License required.
• Experience with electronic health records; EPIC experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, bedside manner, patient-centered approach, and commitment to preventive care and health promotion.

Nice to have

• Spanish bilingual skills.
• EPIC experience.
