Physician (MD/DO) | Primary Care

Location: Miami, FL, United States; solo-provider clinic with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services for patients ages 2 and older.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications and therapies.
• Support chronic disease management through education, intervention, and follow-up.
• Provide preventive care, promote healthy lifestyle changes, and offer virtual care when clinically appropriate.
• Independently manage clinical responsibilities and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with medical, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school and completion of a U.S.-based residency program.
• Current, unrestricted Florida physician license and active DEA registration.
• Board certification in primary care or a related specialty, or board eligibility with commitment to obtain certification.
• Primary care and diagnostic services experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to care for patients ages 2 and older and practice independently in a solo-provider clinic.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Successful completion of required credentialing is also required.
