What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 2 and older.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on prevention and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and chronic disease management.
• Provide virtual care when clinically appropriate and prescribe medications and treatments.
• Support occupational health services, including workers' compensation evaluations and treatment, during planned provider absences.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school and completion of an accredited U.S. residency program.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
• Current DEA registration and dispensing license where applicable.
• Previous outpatient primary care experience.
• Previous occupational health and workers' compensation experience is required.

Culture & Benefits

• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
