Traveling Superintendent (Construction)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; travel required up to 75% with on-job-site oversight.

What you will do

• Oversee multiple construction projects and crews at active job sites.
• Manage scheduling, logistics assistance, and job-site setup.
• Attend owner meetings and track project production.
• Coordinate execution with the General Superintendent, safety staff, foremen, and Project Managers.
• Lead by example and maintain a strong commitment to job-site safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related construction industry experience and/or training.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontractor management.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired.
• Valid driver license for the vehicle types operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
