Lead ECLM Analyst (Ironclad)

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and gather requirements with business stakeholders and product owners.
• Provide technical leadership for Ironclad CLM projects, including configuration, architectural reviews, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Perform gap and data analysis, document specifications, wireframes, test cases, user guides, change requests, and strategy roadmaps.
• Support UAT, production monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and user support escalations.
• Coordinate release and change management, including deployment and rollback practices and risk assessment.
• Mentor business analysts, conduct peer reviews, facilitate collaboration across divisions, and help improve delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and configuration on relevant platforms.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with strong Ironclad expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad configuration, workflow automation, Smart Import, Smart Contract capabilities, and API-based integrations.
• 3+ years of operations experience providing production support for large enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship management, troubleshooting, and agile software development skills.
