Lead Application Analyst (Technology)

Location: On-site at the Financial Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the area.

What you will do

• Develop and review work plans, timelines, workflows, demand forecasts, and technology project business cases.
• Monitor application health, logs, and reports; perform preventative maintenance and escalate issues to vendors.
• Improve application performance and resolve complex problems involving hardware, software, and databases.
• Define system requirements, design performance metrics, and recommend improvements for installations, upgrades, and business processes.
• Lead application platform planning and coordinate changes with Technology, the Project Management Office, business partners, and senior management.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships, review contracts and statements of work, and lead team work allocation and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or four years of commensurate experience in lieu of the education requirement.
• At least seven years of technology-related experience supporting a variety of applications.
• Advanced knowledge of application administration, processes, operations, and root-cause analysis across hardware, software, and databases.
• Advanced training and certification in the application domain.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
