WMS Product Analyst - IT Lead (SAP EWM)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. On-site presence at the Memphis Logistics Center is expected. Travel of up to 15–25% may be required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT partner for Memphis Distribution Center operations and manage the WMS product roadmap.
• Lead delivery of WMS capabilities, integrations, enhancements, and warehouse execution solutions.
• Own product backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities within Agile and Scrum practices.
• Coordinate solution design, testing, deployment, training, cutover, hypercare, user acceptance testing, and change management.
• Maintain system availability, performance, reliability, and operational support while leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with supply chain stakeholders, engineering, automation teams, cybersecurity, vendors, systems integrators, and the 3PL provider.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology, warehouse management systems, or distribution operations.
• Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP EWM, SAP WM, Blue Yonder/JDA, Körber, Manhattan, MARC WMS, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes, including receiving, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, transportation integration, returns, and cold chain operations.
• Experience leading product ownership, business analysis, technology delivery, requirements analysis, process flows, functional specifications, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment and support regulated, compliant technology operations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and experience with SAP EWM implementations, migrations, or warehouse modernization.
• Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, ASRS, conveyors, RF technologies, or material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP ERP, cloud technologies, middleware, or API-driven architecture.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, analytics, digital supply chain initiatives, FDA, GxP, SOX, or other regulated environments.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
