Receivables & Revenue Management Senior Analyst

Location: Budapest, Hungary; flexible hybrid working.

Salary: HUF 9,120,000–13,680,000 per year.

What you will do

• Process trade and non-trade invoices, monitor SD/FI interface integrity, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Perform monthly accounts receivable closing, reconcile AR with the general ledger, resolve discrepancies, and prepare operational reports.
• Analyze AR ageing, recommend bad debt reserves, and post approved adjustment entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and the global Core Model while supporting internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with neighboring finance functions, validate entries, resolve operational issues, and support junior team members.
• Identify automation and AI-driven digitalization opportunities, support implementation, and share best practices across the Ci2C community.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of accounts receivable accounting, monthly close, and reporting activities.
• Professional communication skills for interaction with internal and external clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Diploma in economics, trade, foreign trade, logistics, or finance.
• Accounting certification is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a second European language, especially French.
• Accounting certification.
