ADMS Technical Lead

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; candidates near other hirify.global offices may also be considered. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: USD $133,806.40–$175,000 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee the technical solution for ADMS implementation projects across SCADA, OMS, SOM, network modeling, integrations, and testing.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery and act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Coordinate technical activities across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Partner with the Project Manager to co-lead ADMS and OT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with client architecture and system development teams and support completion of project architecture artifacts.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes while ensuring contractual and functional requirements are met.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of technical leadership experience with ADMS or OMS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with GE Vernova e-Terra ADMS.
• Expertise in DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, data migration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, team-building, and motivational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
