Inventory Analyst II

Location: Onsite in Coffeyville, Kansas, at 2624 N. US Highway 169

What you will do

• Implement inventory audits and related transactions to measure and improve inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and coordinate manufacturing and materials processes, including cycle counting, return goods authorization, excess material disposition, and replenishment.
• Analyze inventory audits and perpetual inventory reports, including financial accuracy audits.
• Resolve inventory questions, errors, material shortages, and critical shortage reports to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Create and distribute daily production schedules using the Master Schedule and coordinate material procurement, expediting, production, delivery, and rejected-material movement.
• Provide work direction and coaching to cycle counters and lower-level inventory analysts.

Requirements

• Relevant inventory, materials, manufacturing, or supply-chain experience.
• Ability to coordinate inventory audits, replenishment cycles, production schedules, and material transactions.
• Ability to identify root causes of material shortages and recommend solutions.
• A 2-year degree is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Coffeyville, Kansas.
