Location: Minden, NV, United States — Onsite
Salary: $25/hour on W-2, inclusive of all compensation

What you will do
- Order spare parts and manage physical inventory for facilities and maintenance teams.
- Procure parts for active repair cases and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quality, service, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Perform cycle counts and organize spare parts within limited cabinet space.
- Manage tools requiring calibration and maintain forklift certification records.
- Handle credit card and expense reporting, travel arrangements, housekeeping, and related administrative duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
- Understanding of predictive maintenance management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work onsite in Minden, Nevada.
Nice to have
- Experience with maintenance management software, particularly Maintenance Connection by Accruent.
