IT Intern - Naucalpan Plant

Location: On-site at the Naucalpan plant in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico, near Toreo Parque Central.

Salary: MXN 9,000–18,000 gross per month, depending on the selected schedule.

What you will do

• Support IT operational excellence, service continuity, and timely responses to business needs.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including documentation, inventories, and follow-up controls.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
• Contribute to projects that simplify, digitalize, and automate plant IT processes.
• Collaborate with users, technicians, and plant stakeholders to improve IT services.

Requirements

• Active student with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Engineering studies, preferably Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking, including connectivity, IP addressing, switches, access points, cabling, and initial troubleshooting.
• Interest in data analytics and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, and basic databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Windows, hardware support, and ticketing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT project management or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Prior internship or work experience in IT environments.
