What you will do
- Manage and monitor scheduled jobs, batch processing activities, and daily application operations.
- Create, configure, modify, and maintain jobs using JP1, Tivoli, or similar enterprise scheduling tools.
- Monitor job execution and identify failed, delayed, or abnormal jobs.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, investigate incidents, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Maintain job schedules, operational procedures, and related documentation.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities and coordinate with application, support, and business teams.
Requirements
- Experience in system operations or application operations support.
- Hands-on experience with job scheduling, job creation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Experience with JP1, Tivoli, or similar enterprise job scheduling tools.
- Strong operational troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
- Good understanding of batch processing and scheduled jobs.
- English communication is mandatory.
