Digital Sales Coordinator

Location: Washington, DC — 2121 Wisconsin Ave NW; onsite

Salary: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience

What you will do

• Create, produce, edit, and publish short-form videos and social media posts for clients.
• Create client-branded banners and use social media contests to drive engagement.
• Execute digital advertising campaigns, manage pacing, and monitor performance to ensure delivery.
• Develop tracking URLs and compile cross-platform campaign performance reports.
• Support the sales team with digital marketing product knowledge, advertising solutions, presentations, research, and PowerPoint materials.
• Handle sales department administration, including order entry, traffic, account data management, and client communication.

Requirements

• Experience with social and/or digital media.
• Working knowledge of Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Ability to produce, edit, and publish content for different social platforms.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and reporting tools.
• Four-year bachelor's degree and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced media environment.
