Ultrasound Student - Ultrasound - Per Diem

Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Work shifts are scheduled every other Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. across the hospital and ultrasound off-site or specialty departments.

What you will do

• Perform sonography procedures in accordance with Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers standards and code of ethics.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, licensed practitioners, and support staff.
• Follow departmental examination protocols and work collaboratively across clinical locations.
• Apply independent professional, ethical judgment and critical thinking during examinations.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an accredited CAAHEP sonography program recognized by the ARDMS.
• Be able to obtain BLS qualification during the orientation period and maintain it throughout employment.
• Second-year standing in an accredited CAAHEP sonography program recognized by the ARDMS is preferred.
