What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of hospitalized patients, review medical histories, perform examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide inpatient care through rounds, progress monitoring, treatment adjustments, and management of complications.
• Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, procedures, and other medical interventions within the area of expertise.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, prognoses, and care instructions to patients and their families.
• Document clinical care and participate in case conferences, hospital committees, continuing education, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with successful completion of residency and, where appropriate, fellowship training.
• Medical licensure, hospital-approved credentials, and clinical privileges.
• Board certification in the relevant medical specialty.
• Unrestricted DEA number and an appropriate practice certificate such as BLS, ACLS, ATLS, or PALS.
• Clinical competence in managing acute and chronic medical conditions, with strong analytical, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
