Lead Analyst-Forsyth Health - Remote

Salary: $79,000–$131,600 annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage client data delivery, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely deliverables that meet defined requirements and quality standards.
• Perform quality control and root-cause analyses, maintain data surveillance processes, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Support client onboarding by defining data formats, delivery schedules, sharing methods, and test data workflows.
• Build and maintain Databricks dashboards and develop, test, and deploy code in Databricks and Snowflake environments.
• Collaborate with internal Forsyth teams and clients, provide data clarification, obtain approvals for non-PHI data sharing, and issue release notes.
• Optimize existing processes and support quarterly product releases involving new data and structural changes to client datasets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare analytics experience; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, data manipulation, and Databricks data warehousing; Snowflake knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and operate with ambiguity.
• For permanent or occasional home working, a cable broadband or fiber optic connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
