What you will do

• Design engaging and effective interfaces for web, desktop, mobile, and tablet applications.
• Create wireframes, visual design concepts, interactive prototypes, and production assets.
• Develop multiple design directions, explain their relative merits, and recommend solutions aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with Technology and Business teams on complex interaction models and data visualization challenges.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users and business partners.
• Present and communicate design decisions while working within established styles and standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in web design layout, visual design, and interaction design.
• Comfortable using the Adobe suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience creating wireframes and non-linear, interactive prototypes with tools such as Justinmind, Axure, or InVision.
• Strong proficiency with a Windows PC is required; Mac-only experience is not sufficient.
• Strong design communication, presentation, negotiation, and conceptual skills, supported by a recent web, mobile, tablet, and software design portfolio.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for effective collaboration with development partners.

Nice to have

• Agile or Scrum experience.
