What you will do
- Transform ideas, research, business opportunities, and creative vision into clear, usable, and desirable digital experiences.
- Create UI comps, pattern sets, prototypes, storyboards, and production-ready assets for usability testing and live products.
- Collaborate with user researchers, product owners, technical leads, developers, strategists, project managers, and UX specialists throughout product development.
- Incorporate user testing results, partner feedback, and customer insights into iterative design improvements.
- Develop efficient design processes that deliver quality experiences within sprint cycles.
- Advocate for users while maintaining design standards, brand consistency, and interface design best practices.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of UI or interaction design experience for consumer-facing applications, websites, or mobile experiences.
- Ability to simplify complex interactions into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong skills in ideation, sketching, concept development, brainstorming, and UI asset production.
- Ability to create low-fidelity prototypes and a strong portfolio demonstrating UI design breadth.
- Fluency with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, InVision, or other prototyping software.
- Introductory knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus a bachelor's degree in design, graphic arts, or equivalent experience.
