TL;DR
UI/UX Web Designer (Figma/Web Design): Creating and leading the full design process for custom websites and interactive digital products across industries with an accent on user-centered design, responsive layouts, and client collaboration. Focus on translating research into detailed workflows and interactions, presenting concepts, directing visual output, and refining polished designs through critique and iteration.
Location: Remote, 100% work from home

is a boutique digital agency based in Phoenix, Arizona, creating custom websites and digital experiences for clients including Google, General Electric, Voss Water, and Arizona State University.
What you will do
- Lead the complete web design process from conceptualization, wireframing, and storyboarding through final mobile and desktop layouts.
- Present homepage concepts to clients, explain design rationale, handle feedback, and guide revisions toward approval.
- Art-direct design output through direction, editing, curation, and application of current web design and branding practices.
- Research user needs and translate insights into website concepts, workflows, detailed interactions, and product strategy.
- Collaborate with developers, strategy, business development, the President, and department leaders across projects.
- Support new business pursuits and deliver polished, high-quality digital products for clients ranging from SMBs to enterprise organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of website design experience.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Portfolio demonstrating elegant web design projects.
- Experience with prototyping and responsive mobile and desktop layouts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, and ability to incorporate critique.
