Customer Retail Manager-Mobile (CPG)

Location: Must be based in Mobile, Alabama or Pensacola, Florida and work in stores

Base salary: $68,900–$86,100 per year, plus performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Drive selling, merchandising, distribution, shelving, new-item placement, void closure, and reset activities at store level.
• Execute customer agreements and promotional programs to achieve revenue, distribution, and market-share targets.
• Monitor pricing and manage promotional and incremental sales opportunities.
• Develop customer relationships and communicate store-level feedback and strategic opportunities to internal partners.
• Direct, monitor, and support agency relationships while aligning retail priorities with Customer Sales Management.
• Collaborate with Account Leads and team leadership to maximize growth opportunities and promote best-in-class execution.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and favorable driving record required.
• Ability to be present and working in stores as early as 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, based on business needs.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to use statistical skills to evaluate category performance, store results, and growth opportunities.
• Previous selling, merchandising, customer service, CPG, or grocery-channel experience is preferred.
