Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Lead accounting strategy development and execution.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and provide objective business insights.
• Manage financial risk, internal controls and compliance with external regulatory requirements.
• Oversee or contribute to end-to-end finance processes, including record to report and procure to pay.
• Support forecasting, management reporting, cost analysis, tax processes and business decision-making.
• Lead process simplification and initiatives that improve business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to new processes or systems.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent certification.
