Sr Test Engineer (Salesforce Automation)

What you will do

• Create and execute manual and automated test scripts for Salesforce CRM applications.
• Plan and perform smoke, functional, regression, end-to-end, performance, and stress testing.
• Test Salesforce web services and integrations, including Sales Cloud workflows for leads, opportunities, contacts, accounts, conferences, and events.
• Design, build, and maintain QA test coverage aligned with functional requirements and specifications.
• Lead end-to-end testing when required and support junior team members with test script creation and automation.
• Monitor testing and automation status, escalating issues and potential risks to the Test Lead or Manager.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience testing Salesforce CRM applications, particularly Sales Cloud.
• 6+ years of experience across manual and automated testing frameworks, including at least 2 years automating web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java or Python, object-oriented programming, and automation tools such as TestNG or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce integrations, web services, HTTP, XML, REST, and HTML.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with test management tools such as JIRA and AIO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage ambiguity and change.
