TL;DR
BRCC PP SDET (Java/Selenium): Designing, implementing, and running functional and UI tests with an accent on UI automation, quality reporting, and Agile testing practices. Focus on building CI/CD pipelines, developing Java or Python test utilities, and applying BDD/TDD approaches with Cucumber or JBehave.
Location: Hyderabad, Hi-Tec City, India
What you will do
- Design, implement, and execute functional and UI test cases.
- Develop and maintain UI automation using Selenium, Serenity, Robot, or Watir.
- Build test utilities with Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software features and technical implementations.
- Define quality assurance standards and support adherence to testing best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.
- Hands-on experience with Java or Selenium.
- Experience with functional testing, UI testing, quality reporting, and software testing processes.
- Knowledge of STLC, software engineering practices, and Agile approaches.
- Experience with Gherkin and BDD/TDD using Cucumber or JBehave.
- Experience with JIRA, ALM, Xray, or another test management tool, plus willingness to work in a Unix environment.
