What you will do
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end QA activities for CRM and SaaS applications.
- Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for complex Salesforce projects.
- Lead QA professionals through task allocation, progress tracking, quality reviews, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee test planning, test case design, and execution across Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Coordinate functional, regression, security, cross-browser, mobile, responsive, content, layout, SEO metadata, accessibility, and WCAG testing.
- Collaborate across the SDLC and act as the primary QA contact for clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in QA leadership or project management.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience defining QA strategies and managing QA deliverables for complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid QA methodologies.
- Experience with defect lifecycle management, reporting, QA automation tools, and test frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or UFT.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, and Selenium.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or QA certifications.
