Product Manager (Automotive Marketplace)

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy for key digital marketplace initiatives.
• Define and manage product roadmaps based on customer needs, data analysis, and strategic priorities.
• Lead customer discovery, research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Develop and prioritize initiatives with clear business and customer success metrics.
• Define, track, and communicate KPIs, product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner.
• Proven success defining and launching high-impact products.
• Strong customer interviewing, market research, competitive analysis, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with agile product development and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and business problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with wholesale auction inventory and sales management systems.
• Strong system design background and technical fluency.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Scaled Agile Frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
