Senior Quality Supervisor

Location: Quapaw, Oklahoma, United States; onsite role. Travel may include up to 10%. Relocation may be authorized.

Salary: $124,127–$151,710 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead quality assurance and analytical testing activities for the site.
• Maintain and improve quality systems, measurements, and functional quality control plans.
• Review and approve complex analyses and work completed by quality team members.
• Investigate manufacturing failures, material issues, scrap, and product deficiencies with customers, engineering, vendors, and supply chain partners.
• Develop quality plans, supplier controls, and factory acceptance testing aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage team priorities, resources, performance feedback, training, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
• At least six years of quality and/or manufacturing experience.
• At least two years of quality and/or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work at the Quapaw, Oklahoma site and comply with applicable U.S. export control requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a PSM chemical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lean manufacturing, and employee engagement practices.
• Experience developing and executing total quality management strategies.
• Knowledge of analytical laboratory operations and testing, including GC-MS and HPLC.
