What you will do

• Supervise training delivery, nesting operations, and a team of 6–10 trainers or Training Specialists.
• Coach trainers on curriculum adherence, content delivery, client standards, and learner interactions.
• Monitor participant and class performance using training and nesting KPIs.
• Prepare internal and external training reports, resource plans, analyses, and action plans.
• Deliver training programs and demonstrations when required.
• Develop soft-skills and technical training for client projects and participate in client and learner interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Education or Communication is preferred but not required.
• 5–6 years of training experience in a contact center environment, including 3 years as a people manager.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strategic approach to solution development and process improvement.
• Willingness and ability to work shifting or graveyard schedules.
