Associate Consultant, Training - Financial Reporting

Location: Manila, Philippines; full-time, on-site role

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design learning solutions for Financial Reporting.
• Develop, facilitate, and continuously enhance training programs supporting business objectives and employee development.
• Support the delivery and evaluation of functional learning solutions under general supervision.
• Manage the operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, employees, and stakeholders across multiple regions and business functions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, Fund Accounting, or a related financial services function.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with employees at all organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivation, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating learning sessions.
• Background in financial services, asset management, fund administration, banking, or professional services.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
