Location: Onsite in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States, with work at the Center at least four days per week. Travel may include up to 30% domestic and international travel. Relocation to the United States may be authorized. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
Salary: $145,676–$178,049 per year, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do
- Own the global Transportation & Electronics Business Group executive engagement strategy, portfolio, and calendar.
- Design and run customer advisory boards, executive roundtables, leadership engagement events, and Customer Innovation Tours.
- Build voice-of-customer capabilities by capturing and routing executive and customer insights to business, portfolio, and innovation leaders.
- Curate C-suite journeys across the account lifecycle in partnership with Vertical Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and Sales.
- Elevate executive presence at priority events and create experiences that support strategic customer relationships.
- Define KPIs and standardized reporting for executive engagement, including decision-maker relationships, meetings, influenced pipeline, and MROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality/Event Management.
- At least seven years of combined experience in B2B event marketing, experiential or field marketing, executive engagement, or integrated marketing.
- Experience leading global or large-scale events.
- Strong written and verbal communication, executive presence, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience owning end-to-end event portfolios with accountability for pipeline and ROI.
- Experience with customer advisory boards, C-suite roundtables, analyst-relations programs, or account-based marketing.
- Experience in B2B technology, electronics, automotive, aerospace, industrial, or adjacent technical markets.
- Vendor and agency management, budget governance, and event-spend consolidation experience.
- Familiarity with iCapture, Cvent, Eloqua, Salesforce, Power BI, and event measurement frameworks.
