People Excellence Partner (Biopharma)

Location: Waterford, Ireland. Hybrid arrangement with 3 days on-site and 2 days working remotely from home.

Salary: €63,200–€84,267 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the local implementation of the global People Strategy and maintain high standards of employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, and People Services on people priorities and business changes.
• Support talent acquisition, development, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Guide performance management processes, including goal setting, check-ins, and year-end assessments.
• Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, organizational change, and structure optimization.
• Align local HR policies with Irish legislation and global standards while supporting employee lifecycle and global mobility initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Considerable HR experience engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders in a multinational company environment.
• Experience managing complex employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and development matters.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, exercise independent judgment, and maintain strong attention to detail.
