TL;DR
HR Advisor (Employee Relations/Employment Law): Advising managers and employees across EMEA on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and organisational change with an accent on employment law, compliance, and sensitive case management. Focus on interpreting legislation, resolving complex workplace matters, supporting investigations, and mitigating people-related risk.

Location: Limerick, Ireland; onsite

What you will do

  • Advise managers and employees across EMEA on HR and employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and dispute resolution.
  • Interpret and apply employment legislation, company policies, and HR programmes to support compliance and mitigate people-related risk.
  • Support organisational change, talent development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives.
  • Coach managers on inclusive, high-performing workplace practices and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centres of Excellence.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information while contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR advisory, employee relations, HR business partnering, or HR consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and people-related risk.
  • Experience advising managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive employee issues while balancing business and employee needs.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, judgement, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must already have the right to work in Ireland for the application and entire employment period.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
  • Degree qualification and/or relevant HR certification.
