Maintenance Technician (Aerospace)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite throughout the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair plant infrastructure, utility systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, pumps, motors, and production equipment.
• Perform facility maintenance including flooring, sheetrock, painting, boilers, air conditioning, building repairs, parking lots, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with outside services, inspectors, and government officials to support code compliance and service levels.
• Maintain records and order materials, parts, and supplies required for facility operations.
• Handle hazardous materials such as paints and solvents, including storage and shipment of hazardous waste.
• Deliver or pick up tools and equipment, assemble or move furniture, and perform other assigned maintenance duties.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of related industrial maintenance experience, including 2 years of Type II HVAC experience.
• Training in electrical and mechanical trades.
• Proficiency interpreting schematics and blueprints for equipment troubleshooting.
• Completed hazardous waste management training with experience storing and shipping hazardous waste.
• High school diploma or equivalent, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.
• Only US Persons may be considered where access to Controlled Data or Information is required; ITAR and potential government security investigation requirements apply.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Specialized experience with HVAC, fire alarm, security, or phone systems.
