Concrete Paver Operator (Heavy Civil)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States; travel and day or night work required

What you will do

• Operate concrete pavers on heavy civil construction projects.
• Apply concrete paving technology and equipment knowledge to project work.
• Work independently and collaborate with field crews and teammates.
• Travel to project sites and work day or night shifts as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a concrete paver.
• Thorough knowledge of concrete paving technology and equipment.
• Ability to work day or night hours.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.

Nice to have

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a tanker endorsement.
