What you will do

• Evaluate regulatory reporting and investment accounting requirements for major clients and configure appropriate solutions on the platform.
• Advise asset managers, insurers, pension funds, and other clients throughout implementation projects.
• Translate regulatory, reporting, and operational requirements into scalable platform configurations.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve the product, client onboarding, delivery timelines, and repeatable processes.
• Resolve client inquiries with global delivery colleagues and coordinate project resources.
• Design training materials and standard operating procedures to share domain knowledge across the delivery team.

Requirements

• Experience with regulatory reporting topics including Solvency II Pillars 1 and 2, BaFin DAV, Sustainable Value, German investment tax requirements, and HGB.
• Knowledge of investment accounting, reporting, data challenges, or related financial-market operations.
• Proficient use of Excel and strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in insurance, asset management, audit, fintech, investment accounting, or investment operations.
• Fluency in German and English and availability to work from the Frankfurt office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of securities or financial markets, especially derivatives, alternative investments, structured products, or fixed income.
