Project Delivery Associate (AI)

Location: Remote from Norway; occasional working day and team meetings, social events, and offsites in the Stockholm office.

What you will do

• Execute customer implementation projects according to delivery plans, timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate milestones across Engineering, Medical Operations, and customer stakeholders.
• Support technical implementations, including integrations with electronic health record systems.
• Configure documentation templates and workflows for different clinical settings.
• Plan user training, coach users through adoption, and support successful go-live.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, maintain customer communication, and improve delivery processes and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar structured, client-facing role.
• Experience supporting implementation or transformation projects involving technology or digital tools.
• Strong organisation, problem-structuring, progress-tracking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and strong communication skills in English.
• Interest in healthcare, the public sector, or technology-driven transformation.
