Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist (South Region)

Location: Home Office in Pattison, Texas, USA, with hybrid hands-on support at supply chain centers and travel to centers required.

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across regional supply chain centers using lean methodologies, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Coach supply chain center leadership teams on new processes, standard work, and operational excellence practices.
• Use Power BI, SQL, SAP, Access, and related tools to improve KPI accuracy, data integrity, productivity, and decision-making.
• Facilitate strategy deployment, focused improvement events, and transformation initiatives aligned with the five-year supply chain plan.
• Track performance measures, communicate results, identify gaps, and recommend corrective improvements.
• Build relationships across functions and influence center teams through a combination of hands-on support and remote accountability.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership experience in a best-in-class operations environment.
• Experience with productivity improvement, cost leverage, financial analysis, and supply chain challenges.
• Proficiency in data analysis; experience with Power BI and other business systems is helpful.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, improvement methodology, facilitation, and change implementation skills.
• Ability to build teams, influence across multiple functions, assess situations quickly, and make clear recommendations.
• Ability to travel to supply chain centers and perform hands-on work on site.
