Senior NPI Planner

Location: Rehovot, Israel

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning for new products from business demand through material readiness, production execution, and tool shipment.
• Work with R&D and engineering to understand product architecture, module structures, configurations, and risks.
• Coordinate daily with engineering, supply chain, procurement, sourcing, material management, production, business, and corporate stakeholders.
• Define scalable planning processes, responsibilities, and system enablement for the new NPI team.
• Own BOM and configuration planning, drive material readiness, resolve constraints, and support the transition from development to production.
• Present status, risks, mitigations, and data-driven recommendations in steering forums and collaborate across global time zones.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in planning, operations, or supply chain roles.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, planning, material management, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to understand complex multi-module technical products and detailed product structures.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication; flexibility to work across time zones when required. Experience with SAP, Smartsheet, or similar enterprise systems.
