Strategic Procurement Account Lead (Manufacturing): Managing the end-to-end commercial, operational, and strategic performance of contract manufacturing suppliers across multiple product lines with an accent on supplier governance, technical procurement, and supply continuity. Focus on negotiating commercial agreements, managing capacity and lifecycle changes, and supporting sourcing decisions for mechanical components.

What you will do
- Own supplier relationships, governance, business reviews, performance management, and long-term alignment across multiple product lines.
- Ensure material and build availability by monitoring delivery KPIs and proactively managing supply risks.
- Lead pricing negotiations, cost roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, and commercial agreements.
- Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, pricing, master data, invoices, and commercial escalations.
- Manage supplier capacity, flexibility, engineering changes, lead-time improvements, product lifecycle changes, and end-of-life events.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, and Legal on sourcing, contracts, technical requirements, dual sourcing, and business continuity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, supplier management, strategic sourcing, account management, or contract manufacturing management.
- Bachelor’s degree or practical diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience sourcing and managing technical commodities or components in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in complex, multidisciplinary global organizations.
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, analytical, data-driven decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
- English required for communication and presentations.
