Supply Planner – Student

Location: Kiryat Malachi, Israel; on-site at IL – KM at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Build and maintain supply schedules across multiple product lines.
• Monitor material availability and support continuity of product supply.
• Manage and track sales orders end to end, coordinating with 3PL sites and resolving discrepancies.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to support forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning decisions.
• Maintain planning data in the ERP system and prepare recurring reports.
• Support PMO administration, documentation, status tracking, and cross-functional delivery coordination.

Requirements

• Current BSc student in Industrial Engineering or a related field at an accredited institution, with at least 2–3 semesters remaining.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week on-site in Kiryat Malachi, Israel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good MS Office knowledge, including Excel proficiency.
• Proven ability to use AI tools for planning and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with an ERP system, especially Oracle NetSuite.
