Planner (Production Planning)

Location: Migdal Ha'emek, Israel; onsite at the hirify.global factory

What you will do

• Guarantee customer demand satisfaction within the available capacity of one or more worldwide production lines.
• Manage production-line loading, customer requirements, production-order follow-up, MRB, expedites, samples, and R&D and Engineering requirements.
• Lead business and production planning activities to achieve divisional KPIs.
• Prepare planning overviews and manage WIP and finished-goods inventory.
• Conduct periodic stocktaking, distribute reports, and handle obsolescence.
• Act as a key user for SAP and AS400, including training and project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Production Engineering and Management, Data Systems Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in planning; logistics experience is recommended.
• High-level Hebrew and English are required.
• High-level Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required.
• SAP ERP experience is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, motivation to learn, and the ability to work across multiple interfaces.
