Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Rheumatology - Full Time

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient nursing care for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, and other musculoskeletal or autoimmune conditions.
• Educate patients and families on chronic disease management, lifestyle modifications, goals, and treatment plans.
• Administer and monitor biologic and specialty medications.
• Apply clinical judgment, critical thinking, current evidence, and national or specialty standards to patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support seamless care.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and professional practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Rheumatology experience is welcome but not required.
