Rheumatology MSL - Northeast

Location: Remote in the United States; must reside in the Northeast territory.

What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one and group scientific exchanges with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Map and prioritize approximately 50 stakeholders and develop territory-specific engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Build long-term peer relationships, provide medical information in response to unsolicited requests, and support speaker training and educational meetings.
• Attend scientific congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and other events to support hirify.global’s medical presence.
• Gather and communicate stakeholder insights, evaluate published studies, and contribute to medical strategy, messaging, and product development.
• Identify clinical trial sites, monitor disease epidemiology, support protocol development, and facilitate investigator-sponsored study submissions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field.
• At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as a Medical Science Liaison, or in relevant clinical practice; MSL experience is strongly preferred.
• Rheumatology clinical experience or relevant immunology experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of medical practice, clinical decision-making, healthcare systems, scientific data interpretation, and research study design and execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working on multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a complete background check.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and codes of practice governing non-promotional medical activities.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, payer environments, public health, industry trends, and the evolving medical landscape.
• Proficiency with digital tools and demonstrated leadership, diplomacy, prioritization, and planning skills.
