What you will do
- Design and build bespoke GenAI applications with cross-functional consulting teams and customers.
- Support the GenAI Solution Architect with application design and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop prompt-based, RAG, semantic search, chaining, and agentic workflows using self-managed and API-accessible models.
- Benchmark, select, fine-tune, and optimize proprietary and open-source foundation, vision, and smaller language models.
- Monitor production model performance and resolve scalability, reliability, security, and compliance issues.
- Research emerging generative AI techniques, document best practices, and support responsible AI deployment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python.
- Professional experience with at least one major GenAI framework, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with NLP/NLU, vector embeddings, semantic search, advanced prompting, and model fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of proprietary and open-source AI ecosystems, including OpenAI, AWS, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Mistral AI, and Qwen.
- French is required, along with fluent professional English.
