Applied AI Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is a SaaS company building an AI-native agentic system for sales prospecting and pipeline generation.

What you will do

• Build and operate reliable production AI systems that automate prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Design and improve agent orchestration, context engineering, memory management, and retrieval workflows.
• Own the evaluation and guardrails systems to ensure AI reliability and safety.
• Optimize quality, latency, and cost trade-offs across the AI product.
• Identify and implement new opportunities to improve the product in collaboration with software engineers and product teams.
• Work closely with users to improve real-world customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development or data science, including engineering production systems with modern programming languages.
• Deep knowledge of LLM architecture, prompting, context engineering, and vector database workflows.
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, Mastra, or custom solutions.
• Experience running evaluations for AI systems.
• Proactive, accountable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
