Medical Science Liaison Rhino Gastroenterology West (Immunology)

Location: US Northwest territory, including Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Montana; must reside in the territory or be willing to relocate there at own cost. Field-facing role with substantial national and international travel and daily driving to meetings.

Salary: $146,250–$211,250 per year.

What you will do

• Build trusted scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare providers, payers, patients, and other external stakeholders.
• Conduct one-on-one and group scientific exchanges using approved medical and scientific materials.
• Develop territory and stakeholder engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs priorities.
• Gather, evaluate, and report medical insights from stakeholder interactions and published evidence.
• Support evidence-generation activities, including clinical studies, epidemiology, pharmacovigilance, effectiveness studies, and investigator-sponsored studies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Commercial Operations, Business Development, and Regulatory teams while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technical, or medical field, such as MD, PhD, or PharmD.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry, Medical Science Liaison, or relevant clinical practice experience; MSL experience is strongly preferred.
• Relevant immunology clinical experience in gastroenterology and/or rhinology may be considered.
• Strong understanding of medical practice, clinical decision-making, healthcare systems, research studies, and scientific data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, prioritization, diplomacy, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and willingness to operate a company vehicle safely are required.

• Additional years of pharmaceutical or clinical experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and significant project volume.
• Knowledge of healthcare policy, payer environments, public health trends, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
