What you will do
- Execute regional market strategy in alignment with global segment objectives and business goals.
- Support regional sales teams, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build customer relationships and gather feedback to support long-term engagement and product improvement.
- Manage the regional product portfolio according to customer needs, market demand, and business priorities.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, customer insights, and competitive conditions.
- Develop sales forecasts, manage regional budgets, and implement strategies to mitigate business risks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in market segment management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics for the IF segment.
- Expertise in customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Filter experience is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Turbomachinery industry experience.
